It is really difficult to find a new apartment, especially at the right time and with the right person.
Today, a miracle happens. We walked in to the leasing office, and immediately received a lease which starts at September 1 - the exact day my old lease ends. It's a nice apartment at the top floor. Most of my friends are going to be my neighbours.
Yesterday, when I dreamed about this kind of situation, everybody, including myself, laughed at me. But today, it becomes true. I am going to live with my closest friend here in a wonderful place!
I can't express my feeling very well because of my poor English. So, I made this conclusion:
IT IS A MIRACLE!!!!
Sometimes, I hate myself
I am a very lucky guy. I've got some precious friends who always help me and stand on my side. But sometimes, I am too dull to realize that these people who I care about are facing a hard time. I have done something so stupid that might even hurt them before I know what's going on.
I really do not mean to hurt them, and I know that they will forgive me because they know me. This feeling is the worst of the worst. I hate myself. Really!

Second semester in UMD
I haven't written down anything for a long time. It seems strange, because I am not too busy with my study and work. Maybe it is just because I am lazy.
The second semester in UMD is almost the same as the first one. I have to study, and teach. But everything goes well, especially now I can drive to the campus. It saves a lot of times.
I've got a group of good friends, and that is wonderful. I really enjoy the time that we have fun together, such as watching NBA together, playing bowling, and travel. Life is colorful with those friends. Some of them are leaving after this semester. I think I will miss them a lot. But luckily, I will have some new friends coming. Hopefully life will stay interesting as time goes by.

Qualify Pass
To prepare the qualify exam, I used up most of my holidays. Today, I got the result of the qualify. Although it is not so perfect, I passed them both. Luckily, I do not have to do any qualify later.
It is really cool to get passed. I need to have a celebration. Thanks to all friends who prepared the qualify together with me.

Qualify Exam
Tomorrow, I will have my qualify exam on PDE. Two days later, I am going to attend another qualify - numerical analysis. I know that I am not totally well-prepared for these exams, especially for PDE. But I will try my best in the exam. Hopefully I will be lucky to get 40 points or more.
Bless myself!

New car, New life
After 3 weeks' struggle, I finally get my new car back home. It is a very pretty Honda Civic. I am really exciting about the new car.
Right now, besides the qualify, I still have to pass the drug and achohol test, paper test and road test to get a valid driver's license. It will cost time. I hope I will finish them all and still have time to enjoy my new car and have a short trip before the new term begins.
